These terms govern your use of the Roarpoint.ai website and services provided by Growth Raven Inc (dba Roarpoint.ai), located at 5815 Deerfoot Ct, Trussville, AL 35173. By using the website or purchasing services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

Services and separate agreements
Roarpoint provides AI visibility, lead capture, appointment support and related business growth services. Scope, setup fees, recurring charges and specific deliverables are stated in the applicable plan, order or written service agreement. A separate written agreement controls if it conflicts with these general terms.
Capture is month-to-month with no long-term contract. Contact us to request cancellation; timing, billing treatment and any specific service commitments are governed by your order or written agreement. A free trial or offer applies only as expressly stated in the applicable offer.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, keep account access secure and have authority to act for the business you represent. You are responsible for your business content, calendar availability, instructions and approvals. You must have the rights and permissions required to provide content and contact information, and obtain any consent required for communications with your customers.
Do not misuse services, send unlawful or unsolicited messages, impersonate others, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access or infringe another person's rights.
Fees, availability and outcomes
You agree to pay charges disclosed when you order, including applicable setup fees, recurring service fees and taxes. We will communicate material changes to service pricing or scope as required by your agreement and applicable law.
AI-generated responses require accurate business information and appropriate configuration. Services may depend on outside systems and channel availability. We do not guarantee rankings, AI recommendations, lead volume, revenue or uninterrupted operation. Review business information and escalate sensitive inquiries to a person.
SMS Terms
Program name: Roarpoint, operated by Growth Raven Inc (dba Roarpoint.ai).
Program description: the Roarpoint SMS program sends text messages to people who opt in about their inquiry and appointments with Roarpoint.
Message types: missed-call replies, appointment confirmations, follow-ups about your inquiry and appointments.
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to the Roarpoint SMS program.
You may opt in through an optional, unchecked consent checkbox on our contact form or another explicit consent process. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing your phone number or submitting a form without opting in does not authorize SMS enrollment.
Message frequency varies.

After STOP, you may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. No further program messages will be sent unless you explicitly opt in again. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Please provide a number you control and tell us if it changes. We handle mobile information and consent as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you provide and grant us permission to use it as needed to perform your requested services. Roarpoint branding, website content and service materials are owned by Growth Raven Inc or their respective rights holders. You may not copy, resell or use protected materials beyond your authorized service use without permission.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal information and SMS consent. You are responsible for complying with privacy and communications laws applicable to your own business and customer interactions.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access for unlawful use, nonpayment, security risks or material violations of these terms, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement. You may stop using the website at any time and request service cancellation through our support contact. Outstanding obligations and terms that logically survive termination remain in effect.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or noninfringement. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Alabama, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Contact us first to discuss any dispute. We may update these terms and will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice when required. Changes do not replace an existing written service agreement without the notice or agreement it requires.
